This entire category was inspired by a request from cellist Wendy Velasco to find a home for the wonderful 104 page document entitled "Women and the Violin" authored by So. California ASTA member Kay Pech (1940-2024). Pech was a champion of string education, chamber music, and women in music throughout her life. Sleepy Puppy Press is honored to make it available for free, as did Kay Pech in her lifetime.
